For individuals requiring handicap or close parking, designated spots will be available and clearly marked with orange cones. Let's ensure these spots are reserved for those who truly need them. Follow the signs within the park that will lead you directly to the main shelter where the event is centered, making it easy to find us once you're inside the park.   Sports and Fun: The sports activities are scheduled to kick off at 3:30 PM. If you're participating in any sports, remember to check the app for your team's game schedule. Exciting matches await!   🍧 Treat Yourself: Craving something sweet? We've got you covered! At 4:00 PM, an indulgent shaved ice cream truck will be on-site, ready to serve you FREE shaved ice. Let's all enjoy this cool treat together, keeping in mind that everyone should limit themselves to one serving.   🚚 Culinary Delights: No need to venture far for dinner! From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, two fantastic food trucks will be dishing out delectable meals, so you can savor a scrumptious dinner without leaving the park.   Wind-Down and After-Hours As the activities start to wind down around 8:00 PM, the fun continues just down the street at the Lenexa Rec Center. Night owls, rejoice! Join us for pickleball, basketball, board games, and engaging fellowship, ensuring the excitement lasts well into the evening.   🕤 Late-Night Adventure: For those up for some more fun, the KC Church Building is hosting a singles speed dating event starting at 9:45 PM. Reminder! The 4 childcare rooms are open this morning during the men's and women's sessions for fellowship and play. Toys are available for the kids! Located at the far end of the event space. Look for the large KC kids sign.
