We are allowed by the Hotel to have occupied campers on the Convention side parking area.

For all campers there will be a fee of "$25.00 per day" per unit for camping on the Hotel Parking Lot.

No electricity will be available.

The hotel has agreed to make the Pool, Hot Tub, and recreation area available to the campers at no charge.

For those who want or need a full service camp ground there are several in the immediate area. See below.

We have this arrangement with the hotel because of the sleeping rooms that we occupy and our good standing and years of attendance. This courtesy is because of the dancers who stay in the hotel and patronize the restaurant, bar, and shop.

All requests for camping must go through the hotel front desk staff. Campers will make their payments for camping at the hotel desk. Any problems will be addressed to the hotel staff if not solved then see Sparky.

Because of the world economics, additional labor costs for staff, special equipment, and the loss of revenue to the hotel they have decided to reinstate the charge for parking in the rear lot and dispense with the electric connections. We have fought this charge and other fees for camping for years. The hotel management has held fast this time and will not budge on this portion of our contract.
